iKi can be presented as a stand-alone activity, or used to add fresh structure, content and tools to your existing programs .
iKi provides Personal Trainers, Martial Arts and Dance instructors fresh ideas for established classes. During an iKi Instructors workshop, in addition to learning the specifics of the iKi program, a key outcome is discovering the power of 'Templated / Freestyle' programming. This technique can be used within any fitness program, not just iKi. Even if you decide not to deliver iKi within your fitness community, the benefits of the Templated / Freestyle system will improve any program you may deliver.
Professional Development
The iKi Instructor Workshops introduce you to a new world of professional development, opportunity and fun. The two day workshop is Accredited with Fitness Australia and worth 10 CECs. The iKi Instructor weekend and accreditation process can earn fitness professionals registered with Fitness NSW / Fitness Australia as a Fitness Trainer / Children Trainer category 10 CEC's. Additionally, the Martial Arts Industry of Australia (MAIA) has endorsed iKi, and the workshop content integrates seamlessly with the ‘8 Quality Areas and 30 Principles' specified by OSHCQA
